C18 timber framed on brick plinth with weatherboarding and old tiled roof. Gabled cart entry to centre, pigeon loft on east side. End bays floored in north converted to dwelling, south a stable and hay loft. Continuous outshot on west side, returned as lean-to addition to north gable with modern garage extension, all with tiled roofs.

Interior: three bay open barn in centre with one queenpost and one queenstrut collar truss.
