Farmhouse. Mid C19 in a Tudoresque style extended in early C20. Flint with red brick
quoins, dressings, band and gable - parapets. Slate roof. T-plan with main front
aligned roughly west-north-west/east-south-east. 2 storeys with gable parapets,
stepped dressings,kneelers, and stacks, corbelled out & projecting slightly on first
floor; divided brick band over ground floor. 3 Window front with central projecting
2½-storey porch with gable over; parapet to gable with brick kneelers and small brick
dressed window in gable. Bipartite sashes with margin-lights throughout in chamfered
brick-dressed surrounds with gauged heads raised forward in two-storey panels either
side of porch. Margin-light windows on ground floor in sides of porch. Depressed
entrance arch with gauged head leading to main door behind. Flint two-storey wing in
similar style to rear, extended by lower brick wing with wooden casement windows.
Lean-to entrance porch in angle of wing with main block.
