House. Late C17 with 1928 wing to rear. Narrow red and vitreous
chequer brick with first floor band course, flint plinth and altered wooden
eaves. Old tile roof, flanking brick chimneys, the left external.
2 storeys and attic, 3 bays. Later 4-pane sashes with gauged brick heads;
fine central 6-panelled door with rectangular fanlight concealed by C20
gabled brick porch. Attic casements in gables. Outshot to rear, with
1928 brick and weatherboard wing at right-angles. Interior has central
stair with wavy splat balusters, stop-chamfered cross beam in each
ground floor room, and large fireplace at right end.
