Mid C18 pair of houses. Red brick with slate roofs. Three
storeys, six 'bays', central two 'bays' slightly projecting with
pedimented parapet. Central ogee-headed second floor window
with interlacing glazing bars in gauged, red brick arch, with
Palladian first floor window above matching entrances. Two six-
panelled doors and patterned fanlights recessed in wooden,
round-headed doorcases with fluted pilasters and shared broken
pediment. Stone step. Flanking 'bays' have stone bands at
first and second floors with four, second floor, six-paned
recessed hung sash windows in cambered gauged red brick arches,
and four similar first floor twelve-paned windows. Hung sash
windows at ground floor without glazing bars. Interior has two
similar original staircases.
