Cottage mid-late C18. Clunch, plaster rendered on red brick
plinth with moulded upper edge, possibly suggesting an earlier
date. Slate roof and ridge stack. Typical three room, lobby
entry plan. Two storeys. Three original flush frame horizontal
sliding sashes to each storey. Two doorways, one to a lobby
entrv and another possibly added, at left hand.
