Lodge to Milton Hall. Mid C19. Yellow brick with red brick
dressings and decoration. Patterned slate roof and ridge
tiles. Deep boarded eaves with pierced and shaped barge boards
with finials. One storey and attics, two storey porch facing
south. Two gabled dormer windows with hung sashes and side
lights, hung sash attic window and doorway with ogee-headed
arches in two storey recessed ogee-headed brick panel to porch.
Two recessed hung sash windows with side lights in cambered
brick arches with chamfered reveals recessed in wide
four-centred arched brick panels. Wall and gateway with stone
copings, dentil brick cornice, and three piers with moulded
stone caps and torch finials.
