Farmhouse. Early C17. Timber-framed and plastered. Plain tile
roofs hipped with gablet to left hand. Flint with gault brick
dressings. Two storeys and attics, continuous jetty to main
range and jettied cross-wing to west. Original cusped
barge-boards with decorated apex finial on north gable of
cross-wing. Ridge stack of local brick, and stack to
cross-wing. Four first floor windows, two horizontal sliding
sash windows, one twelve-paned hung sash window and one casement
window. Boarded door to left hand of canted bay window with
half-glazed panelled door to right hand, casement window with
shutters, and twelve-paned hung sash window to cross-wing. One
hung sash window in flint extension to left hand. Interior
details include early C18 panelling and staircase, Dutch cast
iron and brass fire place with Delft tiles.
