Circa 1849 enlarged 1855-60. Tudor style. 2 storeys and attic. Irregular plan
with 3 window front. Tiled roof with coped gables surmounted by trefoil finials
and wind vanes. Ridge chimney with 4 moulded stacks. Random flint rubble with
gault dressings. 2 light recessed sash windows with chamfered reveals. Entrance
bay with ogee arched 1st floor window and doorway with hood moulds.

No 17, Garden wall, piers and gate of former Hall Place, The Vicarage and
Coach House in Vicarage Garden form a group.
