House. Late C18. Red brick with burnt brick headers and timber frame
rendered to rear wall. Hipped, plain tiled roof with two internal stacks to
rear pitch. Two storeys and attics. Two pedimented gable dormers with
original leaded light casements. Symmetrical facade. Range of three first
floor casements (similar to those of Nos 113, 115 Ermine Way) under clear red
brick flat arches, with the outer casements enlarged and replaced by twelve
pane hung sashes. At ground floor two modern canted bays flank central
doorway with a pediment on scroll brackets. Flush panelled door. The rear
range is contemporary and contains the offices and a hipped stair turret.
