House. C18. Rubble and probably cob with rendered front; new
slate steep main roof, slurried slate to lean-to; rendered
stack over large outbuilt breast on the left; brick stack on
the right. Single-depth plan plus later wing at right angles
to rear and lean-tos at rear and right-hand end.
2 storeys; slightly asymmetrical 2-window front. Early C19
12-pane 2-light casements and central doorway with slated hood
over 4-panel door with top panels later glazed.
INTERIOR: not inspected but may retain original features of
interest.
