Large threshing barn, now converted to club and with flats
above. Probably C18. Slatestone rubble; dry slate half-hipped
roof with 3 small roof lights. Rectangular plan with 2
threshing floors with 2 pairs of opposing doorways plus C20
extensions.
2 storeys with very tall upper storey with 2 tiers of pigeon
holes and 2 slit ventilators; wide threshing doorways with
slate hoods except for the right-hand doorway of the front
which is now within C20 wing. Ground floor has 6 wide
round-arched doorways, the 2 on the right within C20
extension.
INTERIOR: heavy cross beam to each bay. 1st floor not
inspected but noted to retain original roof structure.
