Two dwellings; formerly a house or farmhouse later divided into three
cottages. Early-mid C17 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Painted
coursed limestone rubble with freestone and ashlar dressings. Thatched roof;
parapet gables with ashlar stack to left hand and brick ridge stack to right
of centre, and rear end stack. One storey and attic, original three unit plan
modified with rear kitchen wing forming L-plan. Boarded doors to left and
right hand, three ground floor horizontal sliding sash windows with small
panes, two eyebrow dormer windows with leaded lights in horizontal sliding
sashes. Interior: Stop-chamfered and boxed ceiling beams, large central
stack possibly rebuilt in C19.
