House and garden boundary walls. Late C18 or early C19, mid C19 and later
alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with dressed, gauged stone arches and
jambs. Collyweston stone slated roofs. Two storeys and attics. Parapet
gables with end stacks, ashlar shafts and moulded cornice. Symmetrical three
bays. Four-panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Two replacement ground
floor casement windows and two first floor three-light casement windows in
original openings with an original window of three lights. Two gabled dormer
windows. Fire insurance plaque above door. Interior: Sealed hearth to west
room, boxed and stop-chamfered cross beams, six-panelled doors. Boundary wall
enclosing garden with low wall to south surmounted by cast iron railings, gate
piers and matching pair of gates.
