c.'1840 cottage of two storeys with lean-to to left hand gable
end. Gault brick with slate roof. Two recessed hung sashes
with glazing bars and one central blocked window opening. Two
similar sashes flank central doorway with reeded doorcase, boss
enrichments at corners and narrow flat hood. One horizontal
sliding sash with glazing bars and blocked doorway to gault
brick lean-to.
