3 terraced houses. Late C17, altered with C19 fronts. Yellow
brick with red brick parapet and courses. Slated mansard roof
with dormers. 3 storeys and attics. 3 windows each. Gauged red
brick flat arches to recessed sashes.
No.103: C20 ground floor shopfront. INTERIOR: not inspected
but noted to retain dog-leg stair with turned balusters and
columned newels. Staircase and some rooms panelled.
No.104: rusticated stucco ground floor divided by 5 Corinthian
columns carrying entablature flanked by large foliated
brackets. Segmental arched windows to either side of
square-headed entrance with double panelled doors and
rectangular fanlight. House door panelled with overlight.
INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to retain panelled staircase
with dog-leg stair having turned balusters and shaped ends.
No.105: early C19 wood shopfront with pilasters carrying
entablature with egg-and-dart cornice and slightly projecting
shop window. Round-arched house doorway with fluted pilasters
carrying enriched cornice-head. Both house and shop doorways
with fanlights and panelled doors. INTERIOR: not inspected.
