Farmhouse 1729 (on tablet at first floor). Red brick with slate roof.
2 storeys, 2 bays "L" shaped plan. Sandstone plinth, flush stone
quoins and slightly projecting weathered stone band at first floor
level. Framed, ledged and battened door with glazed panel approached
up three stone steps. Slightly recessed flush casements with glazing
bars, terracotta sills and cambered arches - at ground floor level.
Diamond-shaped tablet at first floor inscribed IM C and the date. C20
rebuilt gable end stacks. Plain barge boards.
Interior: Exposed beams and floor joist.
