Village hall, now school. Dated on datestone I.S.D. 1835. Coursed
rubble with ashlar dressings. Central projecting hall with porch at
right and extension at left. South front: Central hall has 3 windows,
each with 3 arched lights and Tudor hood moulds. Porch to right has
studded door and hood mould with datestone over. Decorated
bargeboards. South wing has overhanging wooden frieze to eaves. Wing
at left has one gabled window. Left hand gable end has a four-light
window with wooden mullions, transom and hood-mould. Porthole window
to gable. Right hand gable end has 3-light window with arched lights
and hood-mould. Bell-cote to right of hall roof of stone with arched
openings and pitched roof.
