Formerly farmhouse, now 3 flats: later C17 with C18 additions and C20
alterations and extensions. Washed brick on rubble base. Kerridge
stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 2 brick chimneys. Long rectangular
plan. 2-storey, 7-bay east front. Raised brick band at 1st floor.
Left end bay C20 addition. 2nd bay has canted bay below 4-light tall
chamfered stone-mullioned window in a gabled ½ dormer. Central gabled
porch has similar 4-light windows in bay to right and blocked similar
2-light fire window beyond, all under brick relieving arches. Right
end 2 bays C18 addition with 1, 3-light and 1, 2-light chamfered
stone-mullioned windows and 2 C20 insertions.
Interior: Timber-framed partition walls and exposed ceiling beams
visible in oldest portion.
