early/mid C.19. Random rubble sandstone; chevron-dressed first
floor to S.elevation. Welsh slate roof; stone ridge and gable
copings, 2 stacks at gables. 2 storeys. Central boarded door. 2
windows to each floor; tripartite Yorkshire sashes with glazing
bars and stone keyed lintels to ground floor; tripartite box
sashes to first floor. Blocked window openings to rear (N)
elevation. Plinth. Listing includes reconstructed former farm
cottage (now part of farmhouse) adjoining E.side. Early/mid C.19
chevron-dressed sandstone, Welsh slate roof; one stack. 2
storeys, one bay. Tripartite Yorkshire sash window with glazing
bars to ground floor; mid C.20 casement window to first floor.
Stone plinth. Listing includes outhouse adjoining rear (N.side)
of former farm cottage. Early/mid C.19. Random rubble
sandstone; clay pantile roof; single storey.
