Cottage, c.1700; and early C19 outhouse. Roughcast, with clay pantile roof,
gable copings and end stacks. Wall coved at eaves, l½ storeys, 2 bays.
Late C19 sashes with late C20 imitation shutters, to ground floor; Yorkshire
sashes to first floor under eaves. Outhouse extension to left, single
storey, with boarded door to house to right and boarded double doors to
left. Interior has original beamed ceilings.
