SX 37 SE CALLINGTON

3/4 Higher Kellybray


GV II

House. Circa early C18 with circa early C19 extension. Rubblestone, slate hung on
right with rag slate roof with gabled ends. Large rendered stone internal stack on
right-hand gable end. Single depth, 2 room plan with store. Asymmetrical 2 window
front. Ground floor with wide lean to rubble stone porch on left of main range with
sloping slate roof. 4-pane sash to right. Above two late C19 or C20 4-pane sashes
with moulded frames On left-hand gable end, 2 storey rubblestone extension used
partly as store. Ceiling beams replaced.
Interior not inspected.
