Ruined C14 chapel attached to great house (which formerly stood to north-east).
North, south and east walls survive in some degree, rubble. West wall may be the
gable now incorporated into south-east end of farmhouse with pair of foil headed
lancets. 2 windows on north side, 1 to south. One of the windows on north side
retains tracery of c 1300. Inside on either side of east window are image-brackets.
There is also 2 well preserved piscina. Fragments of the chapel (tracery, etc) are
littered in the adjoining garden, as also are a stone cider press and a granite
pig salting tank. A.M.
