Farmhouse, now 2 units. Circa 1800. Slatestone rubble walls, scantle slate roof
sweeping lower to rear and brick chimneys over gable ends. 2 room, double depth plan
with stair to right between front and rear room. 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3
window south front. C20 glazed door in original opening slightly off centre to right
and window over. All 16-pane sashes in original openings with cambered brick
arches. 3 window rear. 24-pane sash to stairs in east side wall.
Simple interior with original dog leg stair and 2-panel door surviving to ground
floor.
First floor and roof not inspected.
