Cottage. Late C17-early C18. Plastered cob on stone rubble footings; brick stacks;
thatch roof.
3-room plan cottage facing north-west. The left (south-western) room has a narrow
projecting end stack and the right room has an outer rear corner stack. 2 storeys.
Irregular 3-window front of C19 and C20 casements with glazing bars, those on the
first floor much smaller than those below. The front doorway is right of centre and
contains a C20 door behind a C20 monopitch, tile roofed porch. Roof is hipped to
left and gable-ended to right. Similar rear fenestration.
Interior shows little original detail although the centre and left rooms have neatly
soffit-chamfered but unstopped axial beams. Roof not inspected.
