Former probable boiler house to Lower Engine House of Tywarnhaile Mine. Circa early
C19. Killas rubble. Roofless.
Plan: Rectangular plan with furnace opening at the north end (left), built into the
bank at the rear and L-shaped yard enclosed by high wall in front and at the left-
hand end. Roofless. No surviving machinery.
Exterior: Rubble walls survive to original height except that part of the original
right-hand gable is missing. Furnace opening is spanned by a round arch.
Interior is an empty shell.
