2 cottages, circa early C19. Whitewashed rubble walls with combed wheatreed thatch
roof (cropped eaves on right) with gabled ends. Partly rendered brick stack on
left-hand gable end and brick stacks between cottages. 2 storeys, almost
symmetrical. 4-window front. Central entrance doors, glazed on right and within
C20 glazed porch with asbestos slate roof on left. Left-hand window, 3-light
casements (2 panes each). 3 other ground floor and 4 first floor windows. 4-pane
sashes (with horns). Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
