Rectory. Now divided into private house and flats circa mid to late 19th century. Stuccoed and rendered stone rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. Rendered end and axial stacks of polygonal plan now truncated.
Plan: main range of overall U-shaped plan with entrance porch to right of centre. Three room and through passage plan with one-room plan wings to rear right and left. Service range, probably added to the left in the late 19th century, currently unoccupied and semi-derelict.
Exterior: two storeys, regular 2-3-2, window front to main range with complete original mullion and transome windows in all elevations. Gable end to two-storey ranges to right and left set slightly forward. Rendered 19th century porch to right of centre, with moulded four centred arches and original 19th century doors within. Two mullion and transome windows to far left, with plank door, mullion and transome window and porch in central range. Blind pointed window openings and mullion and transome window to right. First floor with complete, original fenestration of mullion and transome windows. Service range to the left of two stories, with a regular three window front with twelve-pain sashes.
Interior: not inspected, but appears to retain original joinery and carpentry details.
The property known as Pippins which is attached to the far left, or north eastern, end of the service range is not included in the designation. Trelinden, formerly the Rectory stables, and The Coach House, which are separate buildings, are not included in the designation.
