of Church of Saint Winnear

Chest tomb. Early C19. To Eleanor, wife of Thomas Hodge of Angarrack in the parish
of Phillack, died 1829 aged 43 and Thomas Hodge, husband, died 1870 aged 92. Marble
chest set within granite kerbed enclosure with iron fence. Rectangular plan. The
chest has pilaster corners and moulded lid with inset lead letters. The fence has
cast-iron stanchions and iron chains.
