GV II
House. Circa 1830-40 with some C20 alterations. Elvan stone rubble with granite
dressings. Hipped asbestos slate roof with tiles to ridge and hips. Stacks removed.
Plan: Double depth plan, with central entrance and principal room to front left and
right. Service rooms probably at the back.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front. All windows are late C19 4-pane
sashes in original openings with cambered stone arches and keystones. Central
doorway with original doorcase with a reeded architrave, cornice and panelled
reveals; the door is C20. The left side has central C20 French window and late C19
4-pane sash in original opening with segmental arch at first floor to right.
