Early C18 house adapted to a Post Office. Stuccoed, 2 storeys, 5 windows,
double-hung sashes with glazing bars, moulded architraves and cill brackets.
An ornamental shell hood over the doorway. Modillion eaves cornice and
a steep pitched roof with three pedimented dormers. Forms a good termination
to Fore Street.
Nos 2 an 4 and Dolphs Cottage form a group.
