Farmhouse and front garden walls. Circa mid C19, extended slightly later C19.
Granite rubble with granite dressings. Dry Delabole parallel slate roofs (one behind
the other) with brick chimneys over all the gable ends.
Plan: double depth plan with 2 original rooms at the front with slightly wider room
left. Through passage between. Slightly later 2 rear rooms of similar size to the
front rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south front with doorway slightly
right of middle but central to fenestration. C20 door, circa late C19 or C20 4-pane
horned sashes.
Similar elevation at the rear.
Interior: not inspected.
Part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet set in the ancient field system of this part of
Cornwall.
