Small house. C17 with C20 alterations. Colourwashed stone rubble walls. Gable-
ended slate roof. 2 colour-washed stone rubble gable end stacks, right-hand one
projects slightly and has a later brick shaft.
2-room plan with larger room to left, each heated by gable end stack; probably a

a slight projection in front of the left-hand stack.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front of late C20 2-light casements with glazing
bars; originally had granite mullion windows (mentioned in original listing). 1st
floor windows are in 2 small gables and have 2 lights, ground floor windows have 3
