- of the Dower House
GV II
Boundary wall. Probably C19. Local stone rubble with C20 concrete coping. Tall
boundary wall along the south-west side of Fore Street returning south-westwards as
it follows the road round. At the corner, opposite Holcombe Court gateway (q.v) the
wall ramps up over an arch-headed doorway.
This wall is an important townscape feature linking a group of listed buildings in
Fore Street with Holcombe Court (q.v) and the Church of All Saints (q.v).
