House. Circa 1820. Painted rendered stone rubble. Slate roof with gable end brick
stacks.
Symmetrical plan, two rooms deep, with principal front room to each side of wide
central stair hall.
2 storeys with basement. 3 bays, symmetrical. All 12-paned hornless sashes. Doric
porch. 6-panelled door with overlight.
Interior. Dog-log staircase, lit by round-arched rear window, has shaped, continuous
moulded handrail with decorative wrought iron balustrade. C19 joinery and cornices
principally intact.
