Former manse, now private dwelling. Early C19. Rendered stone rubble. Slate roof
with gable ends. Stone rubble stack to rear left side and rendered stack at right
gable end.
Symmetrical 2-room central stair case plan with 2-storey wash-house and pantry range
with lower ridge level adjoining at right end.
2 storeys. Main range, 3-window range, symmetrical. 12-paned sashes. Central 6-
panelled door. Corrugated iron verandah roof supported on timber posts. Service
range at right end, which is set back slightly, has 6-paned single light window
above C19 3-light window 2 panes per light with plank door to left and rectangular
window opening to right both with drips.
Interior: unspoilt C19 fittings and joinery intact.
