Range of planned farm buildings adjoining Tidwell Farmhouse qv. Circa 1840. Stone
rubble. Low pitched slate roofs with hipped ends. Two storeys. Built around
3 sides of a yard with Tidwell Farmhouse on the fourth side. Ranges to the north
west and south west with shippen doorways to ground floor and loft doorways and
windows above, all with flat slate arches. Row of pigeon holes below eaves on north
west range. The south east range along road is single-storeyed with shippen at the
south end and cart sheds at north end. Projecting cartway at centre with gable
and segmental arch to road with large double doors. The cartway has a hipped roof
on the yard side. Included for group value.
