7/3 Spring Cottage

House, mid C18. Coursed rubble, asbestos slate roof with gable ends and end
brick stacks. C19 brick addition to west. Original front to Grove Lane.
Single pile plan. 2 storeys, 3-window range. 2-light, leaded-light casements
except to ground floor central window which is a single-light, leaded-light
casement inserted in a blocked doorway. The western addition has an inter-
locking tile roof and is of 2-window ranges.
