Early C19 facade. Gable end faces road. Grey stucco with coped gable end with
kneelers. Roof not visible. 3 storeys, 2 windows, sashes with late C19 glazing.
Eastern side of ground floor has carriageway arch under to rear. River frontage
is of 2 storeys and angled along the water course.

Nos 20 and 22 form a group with the Town Bridge.
