House, Cl7,but partially refaced Cl8 and C20. Brick (stretcher bond and
English bond) and rubble. One and a half storeys, 4 window range. Thatched
roof with central brick stack. Mainly 3-light C20 metal casements with
glazing bars. Original doorway blocked. Internally there is a room one
part of which has intersecting deep chamfered beams and the other part of
which has deep chamfered wall-plates. Another room has a timber fireplace
bressummer (RCHM). The roof retains its original collar trusses.
