Adjoining No 65. Altered mid or late C19. Two storeys and attic. Two window bays. Slate gabled roof. Two segmental headed sashes. Rendered front; plain giant pilasters. Sash windows in reveals; moulded orchivolts; keystones. Late Georgian stone doorway with Tuscan pilasters and cornice; paterae above pilasters. Ashlar plinth.
No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
