Early C19 2 storey 3 window front. Slate roof. Ashlar front. Ashlar.
string between floors; ashlar pilasters with panelled caps; plinth sash
windows, 3 panes wide above and 4 panes wide below. Doorway has moulded
archivolt and reeded imposts; fanlight; 6-panelled door.

Nos 60 to 68 (even) form a group with Nos 2 to 4 (consec) and wall and
gate piers to west of No 2 Newland Gardens.
