Walls to walled garden. C17 origin, partly rebuilt c.1912. On south side,
a low brick wall divided into 12 bays by octagonal piers with moulded stone
caps. One bay open, with 6 curved brick steps up to garden. Garden house
in south-east corner, has brick walls with stone dressings and pyramidal
stone slate roof with ball finial at apex. Segmental pointed doorway with
dropped keystone and alternately projecting voussoirs, rising from curved
springers. A 2-light stone mullioned window in each side wall. Pyramidal
plaster ceiling. On east side of garden a plain brick wall. Opening in this
has square gatepiers with stone caps and ball finials. Simple wrought iron
gates with scrollwork overthrow. Brick dividing wall across garden from east
to west. On north side, a higher plain brick wall, with garden house in centre.
This has brick walls with dentil cornice, pyramidal stone slate roof with ball
finial at apex. 3 brick arched openings at entrance. A2-light stone mullioned
window with lead lights in each side wall.
