Formerly two attached cottages and mill, now single cottage. Early C19. Flint walls with brick banding. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick stack on ridge. Two storeys. Five windows, and two windows to mill. Eight windows to ground floor, two-light cast iron casements with glazing bars. Segmental brick arches and concrete cills. A canted bay window with iron casements, right of centre. Taller mill at south end, two storeys and two windows. Mill wheel position formerly on front wall. Entrance through plank door at rear.
