Attached Farmhouse, at right-angles to road. Early-mid C19. Stone walls,
rendered with rusticated stone quoins. Slate roof with gable ends. C19 brick
stacks and cogged cornices. Double-depth house with parallel ridges. Two
storeys. 5 windows, ground floor has 2-light iron casements with ornamental
glazing-bars and depressed-arch heads. Stone jambs and cills. First floor has
single-light windows with iron casements and also with depressed-arch heads.
Porch at centre, rendered with rusticated quoins. Slate roof, gabled with
ornamental barge-boards, entrance is hollow-chamfered and with depressed-arch
head. Plank door, C19.
