Early C19. Brick walls, colourwashed. Low pitched slate roof, brick stacks.
Two storeys. Ground floor has central entrance doorway, with elliptical arch of
2 orders. Six panel door, part glazed. South of this a C19-early C20 shop front.
North of the door an altered window with modern glazing. First floor has
3 double hung sash windows with glazing bars. Single storey garage extension to
north. Internally, at the rear is a circular staircase enclosure, possibly older
than the main building. This has a spiral staircase with spandrel brackets, plain
square balusters, and moulded handrail. Two niches in the wall, with ogee-arched
heads. Ceiling has ornamental plasterwork.
