The first of a terrace of houses, raised above pavement level, on a terrace with a
Purbeck Stone retaining wall and iron railings. Probably C18. Purbeck Stone walls
and roof. Brick chimney stacks. Two storeys. Ground floor has modern part-glazed
door, and 4 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. First floor has 3 double-
hung sash windows with glazing bars. RCHM Monument 46.
