Detached house. Early C19. In "Cottage orne" style. Plastered
walls, hipped slate roof, brick end and intermediate stacks.
2 storeys. Single-storey rear lean-to, with slate roof. Entrance
in side wall. Main garden front has, on ground floor, 3 pairs of
french doors with lattice glazing and ogee Gothic tracery. Louvred
shutters. First floor has 5 2-light windows with lattice glazing
and Gothic tracery. Verandah with concave roof, carried on timber
posts.
