GV II

Public House. Probably C18. Walls part rubble stone, part brick, part plastered cob. Thatched roof, brick end and centre stacks. L-shaped plan. One storey and attic. Ledged door with glass panel. Ground floor has one horizontally sliding sash window and one casement, both with glazing bars. Attic has 2 dormers with horizontally sliding sashes with glazing bars. Projecting tiled pentice roof, on brackets on front wall. Rear wing, single-storeyed, has rubble stone walls
and thatched roof. C20 extension to this, with brick walls and half hipped slate roof. Flat-roofed single storey C20 rear extension in angle between the two wings.
