Small detached cottage. Probably C18. Walls part rubble stone, part plastered cob,
thatched roof. End stack, recently rebuilt in concrete block. One storey and
attic. Modern lean-to porch at south-west end - under construction at time of
survey. North wall buttressed - original doorway here part blocked to take window.
Ground floor has two horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Attic has
one dormer with similar sash. Main ground floor room has large open fireplace with
timber lintel, and exposed ceiling beam. Under repair at time of survey.
