House, originally service wing attached to left of No. 5 Tees View (The Manor
House). Early C19 with late C20 alterations. Dressed sandstone; graduated
green slate roof; stone stack. 2-storey, 4-bay front has low plinth and ground-
and first-floor sill bands. Door and window openings have raised surrounds.
Part-glazed 6-panel door-in right bay; two tripartite windows, with 6-pane
central and 3-pane side sashes,to left;, blocked doorway in left bay has inserted
9-pane sash. First floor has similar windows. Moderately-pitched roof has
central stepped and corniced ridge stack. Included for group value.
